3TS Capital Partners successfully exits investment in Rankomat
3TS Capital Partners, one of the leading European technology growth capital investors,
has announced the 100% sale of Rankomat. Rankomat has been acquired by Bauer
Media, a German International Internet and Media Company. 3TS TCEE Fund II
concluded the first investment in Rankomat in 2010 and participated in further rounds
of funding in subsequent years.
Rankomat is the market leader among Polish online insurance aggregators, a fast-growing
segment of the insurance market throughout Europe. The company was
founded in 2008 by group of investors led by Jacek Olechowski and has demonstrated
tremendous growth over the last years.
