3TS Capital Partners, a leading European technology growth capital investor, has announced that it has concluded an agreement with R22, a publicly listed company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, to sell its entire shareholding in H88 S.A..
Headquartered in Poznan, Poland, H88 S.A. is one of the leading and fastest growing web hosting and domain registration companies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). 3TS made the first investment in H88 S.A. back in 2016 and has actively supported the company in its market consolidation activities.
Between 2016 and 2018, H88 S.A. executed an aggressive growth strategy in Poland by acquiring and integrating six local peers and creating a Top 3 player in its segment. In 2018, H88 S.A. and R22 Group began international expansion and construction of a regional market leader by acquiring three additional companies in Romania and other countries. Now, as H88 enters its next phase of growth, R22 Group is acquiring 28.5% of H88 S.A. controlled by 3TS for €13.6 million.
